BC Industrial Supply, Who We Are:
BC Industrial Supply was started in January of 1993 by our founder Brian Crossley. The company’s beginning was small with a limited amount of inventory and one small delivery van. As the business took off and grew, it moved to two different locations, which increased the size and availability of inventory, but still reached capacity fast. The headcount of employees soon surpassed 20.
In 2014 we moved to our current corporate headquarters, more than 100,000 square ft. of warehouse and office space at 3333 Lenox Ave in Jacksonville. The extra space allowed for a new showroom overflowing with industrial tools, equipment, accessories, and supplies.
In 2016 an expansion into Columbia, South Carolina and again in 2019 in Ewing, New Jersey allowed BC Industrial to have a national presence in the industrial supply business. Our headcount reached 32 with all the expansion.

In 2023 Brian Crossley, after 30 years of leadership, decided to retire from day-to-day operations and leadership changed hands, with that change came an expanded line of product and our first name change: BC Industrial & Construction Supplies. BC now serviced all aspects of the jobsite, truly offering a level of service rarely seen in the marketplace.
By 2025 our sales had doubled over 2020, and our headcount was approaching 60, but we were far from finished. In the summer of 2025, we opened our fourth location in Nashua, New Hampshire, once again solidifying our place in the market along the eastern seaboard.
The future looks bright as well: in 2026 we will be implementing our new Marketing and Sales Initiative – an inside sales and marketing team to help us personally reach out to a new generation of customers. We will also roll out our new BC Online platform allowing our customers to have access to their accounts as well as catalog shop online. Our industry is constantly changing, and we are evolving to offer our partners an unmatched customer experience. We will never change who we are.
